I’ve added a new section to Photography called Mortality Salient.
Comprising of photos of skeletons staged in various scenarios and poses by their owners often using humour to distance the corporeal self from its armature .
The last image is a grab from a news report on a busy NHS hospital during Covid
The skeleton in the corner of a busy ward is posed with its hands holding its head mirroring the difficulties faced by the NHS staff.
